Thank you very much for your feedback about FishWorks. I was concerned
to hear you had such a disappointing experience during your recent visit to the
restaurant. All customer feedback is extremely important to us as it helps
us to improve the services we offer and has helped us to build a strong
reputation over the years.
*************was the original restaurant
Fishworks and I do agree that certain areas are looking a little tired; we are
however planning a full refurbishment of the site in the coming months. We
have also over the last week had a complete change of management in the
restaurant, with a new head chef and new restaurant manager with their first
service on Saturday - The standard of service was not as high as FishWorks would
have liked, which is in no way acceptable to you. I am very grateful to
you for taking the time advise me of your experience.
As a gesture
of goodwill and to win your faith back in the restaurant I would like to invite
you back for a complimentary meal for 2 at your leisure over the next 6
months. If you are inclined to return please contact me and I will handle your booking
personally. Furthermore if you would like to discuss this with me further
please don’t hesitate to call me.
Well! That certainly was an excellent example of damage limitation. I've replied that in the coming months we'd like to take up the offer - when everything has settled down. When we do return, you'll be the first to hear about it.
